This is the best gym equipment investment i have purchased. It works and you can feel which muscle groups it works from first use.
The resistance adjustment knob definitely provides addl levels of strengthening to your targeted muscles!
Ive been using it daily since i received it. I do 4sets of 10reps...holding it upright as well as upside-down. It works different variations of those muscle groups.
The price point for this device was reasonable for this type of highend gym equipment.. The machine works for exactly what i need it for. Plus its easy to store and travel with(if you choose to). Weighs less than 2kg

It’s so versatile and easy to carry around the house and that’s the main reason I am so chuffed with it. I’ve bought all types of home weights, but I don’t use them, as psychologically I see the setting up and doing as a chore. This isn’t a chore.
Also I saw muscle toning within 2-3 days use
This device can do bicep contractions as well, just a bit fiddly getting it at a angle pulling towards you that works.
Highly recommended!
